1. Promoter

This promotion is run by Casa Capri, Inc. (EIN: 41-2388133), registered at The Green, Suite A, Dover, Delaware, 19901, United States ("Promoter").

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to individuals who:

• Are aged 18 years or over
• Are residents of the United States
• Hold or activate an active HYDROSHOT® product delivery subscription via the official HYDROSHOT® Shopify store (hydroshot.com) during the entry period. This includes: (a) individuals who previously cancelled or paused a subscription and reactivate it during the entry period, or (b) individuals who subscribe for the first time during the entry period

Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of this giveaway are not eligible to enter. A subscription must be active and in good standing at the time of the draw to qualify.

3. Entry Period

The giveaway opens on 16 June 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM (ET) on 26 June 2026. Subscriptions activated or reactivated outside this period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible individuals must:

• Visit the official HYDROSHOT® Fight Night landing page
• Activate or reactivate a HYDROSHOT® product delivery subscription via the HYDROSHOT® Shopify store

One (1) entry per person. Entry is automatic upon activation of a qualifying subscription during the entry period. No additional steps are required. No purchase beyond the subscription is necessary.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• One (1) seat in the HYDROSHOT® private suite at Barclays Center, Brooklyn, New York for the Emiliano Vargas fight on 27 June 2026
• An opportunity to meet HYDROSHOT® ambassadors and guests in attendance on the night, which may include Cam Skatt and Sam Leavitt. This element of the prize is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. No compensation will be offered if this element does not materialise.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash or any alternative, and is valid for 27 June 2026 only. Travel to and from Barclays Center and accommodation are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected at random by an independent third-party lawyer on or around 16 June 2026
• The winner will be notified via email on 16 June 2026
• If the winner does not respond and confirm acceptance by 11:59 PM (ET) on 16 June 2026, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner
• The draw for Option 2 is conducted separately from the Option 1 draw. Each option has one (1) winner. An individual cannot win both prizes

7. Subscription Terms

Activation of a subscription for the purpose of this giveaway does not confer any right to cancel or pause the subscription immediately following entry. Subscription terms, billing, and cancellation rights are governed by the separate HYDROSHOT® subscription terms available at hydroshot.com. Entry into this giveaway does not alter those terms.

8. Data Protection & Marketing

By entering the giveaway, participants agree to:

• Their email address and subscription data being collected and processed for the purpose of administering this giveaway
• Receiving marketing communications from HYDROSHOT®

Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. Cancelling marketing communications does not cancel a product subscription.

9. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the giveaway at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control require it to do so
• The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the giveaway is final. No correspondence will be entered into
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, Shopify, Barclays Center, Top Rank, DAZN, or any other third party
• The Promoter accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this giveaway or from acceptance of the prize, save where such liability cannot be excluded by law
