At HYDROSHOT®, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

• Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• Certain items may not be eligible for return due to health and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at  team@hydroshot.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within several business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order.
