Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after being placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Processing times may be longer during product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays or other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. HYDROSHOT® is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
HYDROSHOT® is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues once an order has been transferred to the carrier. If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the damaged items and packaging.
