If you purchase a subscription or recurring delivery product from HYDROSHOT®, you may cancel your subscription at any time.

To avoid being charged for your next order, cancellations must be made before your next billing date.

Once an order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your customer account or by contacting our support team at: team@hydroshot.com

Processed subscription orders are subject to our standard Refund Policy. Refunds are not guaranteed once an order has shipped.

HYDROSHOT® reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue subscription offerings at any time.
